Abstract

Indonesia is a country that has natural wealth that is so beautiful that this factor is an attraction for inviting foreigners to come to Indonesia. Globalization makes everything easy and today's life is accompanied by sophisticated, renewable technologies. The presence of foreigners should be facilitated so that they can support the national objective program with an approach to welfare and security factors that cannot be separated. However, the presence of foreigners in Indonesian territory can create a serious threat considering the dynamic global conditions, cultural and political differences make Indonesia vulnerable to crimes committed by foreigners.
