Based on WHO there are 3 histological classifications of nasopharyngeal cancer, namely type I, type II, and type III, while according to the stage, nasopharyngeal cancer is divided into several stages. Symptoms of nasopharyngeal cancer can be divided into four, namely eye and nerve symptoms, ear symptoms, metastases or symptoms in the neck and the last is symptoms of the nasopharynx itself.
